In the Name of Allah,
the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
“As for those who divide their religion and break
up into sects thou hast no part in them in the least: their
affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth
of all that they did.” [Quran 6:159]
“For Allah; He is my Lord and your
Lord: so worship ye Him: this is a Straight Way. But sects
from among themselves fell into disagreement: then woe to
the wrongdoers from the Penalty of a Grievous Day!”
[Quran 43:64-65 ]
Praise be to Allah, from Whom we seek help
and pardon, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of
our souls. He whom Allah guide has no one who can lead him
astray, and he whom He leads astray has no one to guide
him. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah,
and I bear witness that Muhammad (saw) is His servant and
apostle. He sent him before the coming of the last hour
with truth giving good tidings and warning. He who obeys
Allah and His Apostle follows the right path; and he who
disobeys them shall harm none except himself, and he will
not harm Allah in the least. O Allah, shower your peace
and blessings upon our master, Muhammad (saw), who fulfilled
the role of Apostle eminently, delivered to mankind what
was Divinely entrusted to him, who strove for the welfare
of his people, who dispelled their pain and suffering, who
rescued them from the darkness and who struggled hard in
the way of Allah, and who devotedly served his Lord to his
utmost conviction, and on his progeny and his companions.
The best speech is that embodied in the Book of Allah, and
the best guidance is the guidance given by Prophet Muhammad
(saw).
Sayyidina Al-Irbad (rad) said: One day
the Apostle of Allah (saw) led us in prayer, then faced
us and gave us a lengthy exhortation at which the eyes shed
tears and the hearts were afraid. A man said: Apostle of
Allah! It seems as if it were a farewell exhortation, so
what injunction do you give us? He then said: I enjoin you
to fear Allah, and to hear and obey even if it be an Abyssinian
slave, for those of you who live after me will see great
disagreement. You must then follow my sunnah and that of
the rightly-guided caliphs. Hold to it and stick fast to
it. Avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation,
and every innovation is an error. [Narrated by Imam Abu
Dawood]
Abu Shaamah (d. 665 AH) said, "The
order to stick to the Jama'ah means sticking to the truth
and its followers; even if those who stick to the truth
are few and those who oppose it are many; since the truth
is that which the first Jama'ah from the time of the Prophet
(saw) and his Companions, radi-Allaahu anhum, were upon.
No attention is given to the great number of the people
of futility coming after them." [Al-Baa'ith ala al-Bid'ah
wal-Huwaadith, page 19]
We see today that some people who associate
themselves with Islam are trying their best to divide the
Muslim Ummah. They are misguided and misguiding innocent
Muslims with their deviant beliefs. They are propagating
disinformation about the aqeedah (beliefs) of the Salaf
us-Salih. They claim that scholars of Ahl as-Sunnah wal
Jamaah (Salaf us-Salih) were anthropomorphists. Insha-Allah,
we will refute the claims of Ahl al-Bidah wa Dalalah on
this site.
